FluxHire.AI

عن FluxHire.AI

FluxHire.AI has developed an AI recruitment workflow platform for recruitment agencies. Its AI agents assist with candidate and contact research, company research, email and content drafts, and reporting. Recruiters review the work and approve the relevant actions. FluxHire fully integrates with JobAdder and Jobli.io. The platform is in alpha, with existing customers testing it. Human oversight is central to the platform: AI assists with the work, while recruiters retain responsibility for reviewing outputs and approving actions. Based in Sydney, Australia, FluxHire.AI is fully privately funded by a consortium of investors.
