## About Dagmor

Dagmor helps call teams see what happened in recorded customer conversations. The Call Log keeps each recording's original name, audio and transcript together, so a reviewer can read first and play the call when tone or a disputed answer matters. Teams control their scripts, use suggested questions drawn from their own calls, and keep human review decisions. Reports show conduct, recording coverage, customer words between scripted questions, agent Hero Scores and changes over time. A team can use the full review system or bring completed recordings in and take the reports alone. The eligible first campaign is free; later use is priced per recorded minute on Dagmor's website.
